Section 57
Prohibition on publication of news related to government work
Any document or news written or collected by any employee directly or indirectly through other unauthorized employees or non-government persons, any confidential or prohibited matter by law that comes to the knowledge of any employee while performing his official duties without the authority of the Government of Nepal. Or should not be given or told to the press. This ban will also apply to those who are not in service for any reason.
